Please read the following instructions to request one of the optional tour experiences.
1. Read all the tours available before making your selections.
2. Take note of the pickup time at the hotel and choose the ones that fit in your plans. All schedules are subject to change and will be reconfirmed when you receive the confirmation of the service.
3. Select the tours you would like to experience.
4. Provide us with your personal information.
5. Read and accept the changes or cancellations policies and submit your reservation.
6. You will receive an e-mail with the summary of services and the total of the reservations.
7. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the services within 48 hours of your request. Please print it and take it with you to Cancun.
8. Once you arrive to the hotel in Cancun, please contact our staff at the MARITUR hospitality desk to get your vouchers for the tour.
• All reservations are subject to availability and are accepted on a first come first served basis.
CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS:
• Client must send a letter, via EMAIL, requesting the cancellation of the services and must include the Maritur confirmation letter and the bank information for any applicable refunds.
• Cancellations are accepted no later than 24 hours prior to the service.
• Changes can be made on-site with Maritur Staff at the hospitality desk no later than 24 hours before the tour.
• Clients must reconfirm the pick-up time for the tour at the Maritur Hospitality desk.
